terrierstudy.
Terrier Study is a web app that helps Boston University students find study spots around campus based on their individual needs, including noise level, outlet availability, location, and other study preferences.

overview.
TerrierStudy maps BU libraries, lounges, and cafes so students can filter for the kind of session they need—quiet focus, group work, or a quick stop between classes.
problem.
Students often waste time walking to spots that are full, loud, or missing outlets. Campus resources exist, but there was no single place to compare them before heading out.
solution.
We designed a simple search-and-filter experience with clear spot cards, hour and amenity tags, and a map-first layout tuned for mobile use between classes.
outcome.
The app gives students a faster way to choose where to study and demonstrates end-to-end product thinking—from research with peers to a shippable web experience.
